I was also President
of the Intercollegiate Dressage Association, and was
ranked 5th nationally my Senior Year.
During the summers I was a
Performance Rider at Tempel Lipizzan Farms.
Since then, I have continued to work
with various other trainers including
Victor Pozzo, George Williams, Jochen Hippensteil,
Andre Heuffler,
Curtis Sage and Ken Borden.
I seriously believe in constantly
improving myself, along with my students and horses. I have earned my USDF
Bronze and Silver Medals.
I began my training
business in Ohio
where I trained and managed
Full Spectrum Friesian Stables. I rode, drove, and
prepared the Friesians for
breed approvals. After Full Spectrum I moved back to
Chicago and
since then
I have been training out of Old McHenry Farm in Hawthorn Woods and
The Horse Quarters in Peotone. I also travel to other barns around Peotone
including Koppings Farm in Lemont and Fox Haven Farm in
Tinley Park for a small number of clients.
I believe in correct consistent training of
both the horse and rider.
I also believe in having fun! Every one of my clients
supports each other,
both at shows and at home. We strive for a friendly,
family environment.
